Hi
Many thanks for your email advising of the postponement of the reunion.
Whilst I have not attended any thus far, it was my intention, now I’m retired, to attend this one.
It is of course one of the side effects of the Corona Virus which unhappily has affected so many in a far more serious way.
Academically, I was a non achiever but reached the dizzy heights of Prefect! Equally, I enjoyed sports & played most but particularly enjoyed Rugby & Athletics. Indeed I had hoped to emulate Martin Robinson & go to Loughborough Uni & become a PE Teacher – another dream dashed by the lack of academic ability! No one’s fault but mine – “should try harder” was a recurring comment on the reports.
It would be good to catch up with those who attended the school between 1963 – 1968 & see who I remember & indeed if they remember me?
Unfortunately, I have no photos to submit.
Anyway, enough of this reminiscing, you must have much greater things to do…..?
Finally may I hope that you & yours are safe & well,
Very best regards,
Jack Cohen (1963-1968)
